favorite moisturizer, June 7, 2011 By  nh5y – See all my reviews This review is from: Juice Beauty Green Apple Moisturizer SPF 15 (Misc.) i love that juice beauty is organic. i also love that it has titanium dioxide in it. when i asked my dermatologist a few years ago what i should look for in an SPF, she said titanium dioxide or zinc oxide. very few moisturizers have either. but this moisturizer has titanium dioxide and still feels smooth and soft– not overly thick like a regular face sunscreen with that ingredient might. walking 1.25 miles to work makes me sweat a little, but the moisturizer does not make me sweat excessively. i like the smell, but it’s nothing spec ial. also, it lasts at least six months for me (and i use it on my face, neck, and chest). i’m buying my third or fourth bottle today. Could have been perfect… but the SPF in it could be the culprit of my outbreak of tiny pimples on my temples, forehead and cheeks… very odd. (I have had hormonal spots before, but never on these areas of my face!) May be too greasy. However, smell and texture feel great! Possibly better on drier skins or those unaffected by SPF’s.
