Hi everyone! This is my review on Tarte’s Smooth Operator foundation. This is considered a tinted moisturizer, however it offers more coverage than most tinted moisturizers on the market so its referred to as a foundation on the Tarte website. This product retails for .00 and I wear it in the color Agent 08 (although I think if I would re purchase I’d get it in Agent 04). I got this product during Tarte’s 40% off Friends and Family sale. You can also order this product on QVC.com. Overall, I really like this tinted moisturizer because it provides good coverage, has a nice thick consistancy, and feels nourishing to my skin.
