When I bought it, I was essentially looking for a very light way to hydrate my skin during the summer months. However I immediately came to realize that that is not what this product is designed to do – or at least not what it’s best at. It’s really just a very refreshing, non-stripping toner. Applied with a cotton ball (rather than being spritzed on the face as the product instructions suggest), Juice’s Hydrating Mist clarifies skin, tightens pores and picks up dirt without stripping the skin’s moisture. The citric acid and retinyl palmitate gently exfoliate the skin; the aloe and essential oils keep it moist. I think this is suitable for most skin types, with the possible exception of very oily skin. It is as I had hoped particularly cooling to the skin in the summer months, and I like that the ingredients are all natural and cruelty free. Very highly recommended. |
