Here is the Beautypedia Review for Revlon ColorBurst Lipstick in Candy Pink:
Revlon’s Colorburst lipstick, which has been around for decades (it was reformulated not too long ago), is rightly their signature lipstick. This is a good, lightweight cream lipstick that offers nearly full coverage and a soft cream finish. Wear time isn’t as impressive as it is for the Super Lustrous Lipstick, nor is the shade range as plentiful. This is worth considering, but it lacks the wow factor of today’s best lipsticks.
Here is the Allure Best of Beauty Review – Top Lip Products – Best Pink Lipstick – Revlon ColorBurst Lipstick in Candy Pink:
Pink has always tested our tolerance, looking too frosty, tweeny, or utterly blah. But Revlon ColorBurst Lipstick in Candy Pink, a carnation shade with a cool trace of violet, has renewed our enthusiasm.
WHAT IT IS:
A bubble gum pink lipstick
HOW IT LOOKS/FEELS:
It feels creamy and comfortable; the faintest hint of shimmer leaves a satiny finish.
WHY WE LIKE IT:
Though a naturally girlie shade, the buildable coverage of this lipstick makes it look polished, not princess-y. Apply one coat for a sheer, softer look; two to three coats for a bolder, true-to-the-tube take.
