I have read 4 other books from the same author. excellent reading especially the cortisol commection. a must read for someone dealing with too much stress that has resulted in adrenol fatique. Thanks to the book i am following the taking herbs, vitamins, better eating, have been feeling soo much better but not quite there yet.
